Surgical, Consultation & Cancellation Fees
-
Navigating insurance claims can be challenging, with varying benefits and coverage levels across different providers. This complexity can sometimes result in significant bills, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and disheartened.
To ease this process, our administrative team will provide you with a detailed quote before your surgery, whenever possible. We are committed to transparency in all aspects of our pricing, ensuring that all our patients have informed financial consent.
-
Consultation fees vary depending if you are a new patient or an existing patient and the type of treatment that you require. Most of our fees and charges incur a rebate from Medicare which can be submitted online on the day, unless you are an overseas patient and are not entitled to a Medicare Card.
Speak to one of our friendly administration staff to find out about any additional charges. All accounts are to be settled on the day. Our practice accepts cash or credit card and we have EFTPOS facilities available.

If you need to cancel an appointment:

We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
